1. Website. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). The words “you” and “user” refer to anyone who accesses the Site. We may change the Terms at any time without notice. If you use the Site after we have changed the Terms, you will be conclusively deemed to have consented to the modified Terms. Therefore, you should review the Terms carefully from time to time for changes. If you do not agree to the Terms, you should not and may not use the Site.
2. License. The information provided on the Site is owned by or licensed to TPG (the “Information”). We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Site and the Information in compliance with the Terms. Occasionally and on an irregular basis, you may print and download the Information and other materials provided on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) solely for your personal, non-commercial use [or, if you have entered into an Agreement with us, for business use]; provided the Content contains all copyright and other notices in the Information and such materials. However, except as expressly permitted herein, you may not modify, create derivative works of, copy, transmit, distribute, license, sell, or otherwise transfer the Content or any part thereof. In addition, you may not directly or indirectly frame, deep link, scrape, or data mine any of the Content. 5. Links. We may provide links to other websites for your convenience. We have not reviewed those sites, which are maintained by third parties over which we have no control, and no link we provide should be construed as an endorsement of any third party website or products or services from any third party.
